The Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service Training and Development Academy is situated in Croxteth and provides training and development for MF&RS employees, external customers, partner agencies and community groups.

The Training and Development Academy is committed to creating a learning environment and opportunities where people are encouraged to increase, update and adapt their knowledge and skills. This in turn will assist the MF&RS in achieving its vision of ‘making Merseyside a Safer, Stronger and Healthier Community.
